FBBNP National Public Lands Day Event

[ September 26, 2009; ] Join FBBNP for a new, annual event in September 2009.  FBBNP will be hosting a volunteer workday in the park in conjunction with National Public Lands Day.  Details for this member-oriented, family-friendly event will be posted as they are finalized.

Member Trip to Terlingua Abajo and Board of Directors Meeting

[ February 14, 2009 to February 15, 2009. ] Join the Friends of Big Bend for a fascinating cultural history tour with Chief of Interpretation David Elkowitz.  This trip will start at the Panther Junction Visitor Center parking lot and head to Terlingua Abajo, stopping at the Castolon Store before heading back to PJVC.  Watch the website for more details this fall!
